Onboarding Training Structure ANZ 2025

To get familiar with Uptick, begin your journey in the Uptick Academy and become certified.

The core sessions of this training structure inform the workflows typically involved with setting up and carrying out maintenance contracts, defect rectifications and their directly associated features and workflows. See the diagram below that outlines the processes or Uptick's core workflows (click on the image to download a PDF version of the diagram).

Overview of Onboarding Training Structure

The training sessions are designed to help you get fundamental understanding of how to operate Uptick.

  • They range between 60-90 minutes, depending on the session.

  • The mobile app session is recommended to be done between Sessions 2 and 3, but is flexible.

  • 1 elective session, which is focused on a limited selection from the available list of electives

  • PRE and POST Go Live sessions are general Q&A sessions to assist with your transition to using Uptick daily.
