To get familiar with Uptick, begin your journey in the Uptick Academy and become certified.

The core sessions of this training structure inform the workflows typically involved with setting up and carrying out maintenance contracts, defect rectifications and their directly associated features and workflows. See the diagram below that outlines the processes or Uptick's core workflows (click on the image to download a PDF version of the diagram).

Overview of Onboarding Structure

All sessions will vary from 60-90 minutes, your dedicated implementation manager will have more information on your specific training timeframes.
