What is required of you during this session:

  1. Create a Client

  2. Create a Property

  3. Add Assets to your property

  4. Add a Routine to your property

  5. Create a Billing contract on your property

  6. Generate a Task of the routine

  7. Assign & Schedule the Task

By the end of this session you should understand:

  • How to navigate Uptick and find different types of information including the Control Panel

  • How to create Clients, Properties, Assets, Billing Contracts & Routine Services

  • Generating a task from a routine

  • Assign technicians to a task

  • How to schedule a task and create an appointment

  • Use the timeline to track events

  • How to geocode properties

Session 2 - Task Completion Processes | Defect Quoting | Invoicing | Repair tasks | Call out tasks

What is required of you during this session:

On the Task that you have created in Session 1:

  1. Create a Service Report

  2. Create a Defect Quote

  3. Generate an invoice

  4. Complete and archive

By the end of this session you should understand:

  • Understand task statuses and task categories

  • How to generate a defect quote

  • How to dispatch a service report and defect quote from a task

  • How to use snippets

  • How to generate an invoice

  • How to dispatch to a customer

  • Create a repair task once a defect quote has been actioned

  • Create a callout task via a property and apply a call out fee

Session 3 - Service Quoting & Task Purchase Orders
