IOS: How to use filters and sorting
Tap the slider icon next to the search bar to open the filter and sorting menu, which helps organise and display only the relevant information, reducing the need to scroll through long lists.
When using filters and sorting:
A number badge appears on the slider icon to indicate how many filters have been applied.
Tap on a filter category to select options or Deselect all, then tap the back arrow in the top left corner to save your changes and return to the main menu.
Tap Apply to confirm filters and sorting, or Reset filter & sort to clear all settings.
Each page and section within the app provides a different selection of filters and sorting options:
Assigned to me: Toggle on to show only tasks assigned or scheduled to you.
Quick Tasks: Select the estimated duration (15, 30, or 60 minutes) to filter the tasks list by.
Rounds, Statuses, Access schedules, Service groups, Category and Tolerance: Filter tasks by selected rounds, statuses, access schedules (e.g. All Hours), service groups, categories, and tolerance window (Late, Within, Early).
Due From / Due To: Filter by the date range when the task is due.
Sort by and Then sort by: Choose a field such as Address, Due Date, Estimated Duration, Task Name, Priority, Ref, Status, Suburb or Tolerance for primary and secondary sorting.
Filter: Places, Routine, Type, Tag, Contractor, or Result
Group by: Assets or Routine
Sort by / Then sort by: Label, Ref, Location, Walk Order, Created Date, or Type
Filter: Type, Tag, Contractor, or Status
Sort by / Then sort by: ID, Label, Ref, Location, Walk Order, Type or Created Date
Filter: Place, Tag, Tags, Products or Performed

Tap on a filter category to select options, then tap Clear or Done.
Under the SORT section you have the option of sorting the order in which you see your task by a primary value (sort by) and then a secondary value (then by).
Tap outside the filter and sorting window to apply selections, or select Reset Filters to clear all settings.
