Assets of a specific type can be bulk-passed through the Finalisation tab if enabled by your system administrator.

IOS: How to add a new asset for servicing

1. Open the I&T task and go to the Work tab.

2. Click the slider icon, select Group by Asset, then click Apply.

When grouping by Routines, assets can only be added under a single applicable level, not multiple β€” e.g. either Alarms Annual or Alarms Six-Monthly, not both.

3. Tap Add asset.

4. Select the routine service levels for this asset, then click Next.

5. Choose the asset type from the list, with only those relevant to the selected routine service levels displayed. Then follow the Add asset article.

If the asset type list is empty, the selected routine service levels do not support the same asset types; click Cancel on the pop-up window, then Cancel again to try a different selection.

IOS: How to service an asset

1. Open the I&T task and go to Work tab.

To locate the asset, use the search bar or click the slider icon to open the Filtering, Grouping, and Sorting menu:

  • Filter: Places, Routine, Type, Tag, Contractor, or Result

  • Group by: Assets or Routine

  • Sort by / Then sort by: Label, Ref, Location, Walk Order, Created Date, or Type

2. Select Pass/Fail/No Test, or choose Start Test/No Test if the asset requires answering prompt questions.

If Start Test is selected, long-press on Pass/Fail/No Test to bulk answer all questions for a routine service level. The Copy previous tests button applies responses from the last completed test to any unanswered questions.
