How to create a remark or verify/resolve an existing remark on iOS

If a remark needs to be created for an asset that wasn’t serviced in the task, view all assets on the property to locate the asset, then follow the Pass/Fail/No Test workflow steps

1. Tap on the asset name to open its information, which will take you to the Defects tab.

2. To add a new remark, scroll down to find the correct remark type and click Add. If a remark already exists, press and hold on the remark, then drag it to the left and select Verify or Resolve.

1. As soon as a Fail result is selected for a prompt question, click Existing Remark or New Remark.

2. Search for a remark type and click Add to create a new remark; OR search and select an existing remark from the list, then confirm by clicking OK.

Prior to resolving a remark, remember to open it and add a Resolution Photo.

3. If creating a new remark, provide Before photos and complete or edit Location, Description, Severity and Internal Note fields. Depending on the selected remark type, the Description and Severity fields may be prefilled.

  • Description: Details the description of the defects found during inspection.

  • Severity: Indicates how serious the defect is: Informational, Recommended , Non-Conformance, Non-Critical and Critical.

  • Internal notes.

4. Scroll down and click + Add Product, then select Suggest for Quote to recommend a product for the office to include in a defect quote, or Use and Charge if you can fix the defect immediately and need to invoice for the parts used.

5. Select a product from the list searching by name or filter by supplier, category, sub-category or type.

6. Review the added product/s and click Done to save the remark.

How to create a remark or verify/resolve an existing remark on Android
