Setup
You will need the following permission in your security group:
Can see all tasks.
Can reinstate remarks.
Upload documents.
Delete uploaded documents.

How to view all remarks for all properties
1. Navigate to Customer Data > Remarks.

2. Narrow down the list of remarks using filters: Open/Resolved, Severity, Quoted, Published, etc.

How to reinstate a remark
Reinstate the remark only if it was resolved by mistake.
1. Navigate to Customer Data > Remarks and View the remark.

2. Click Reinstate in the Resolution section, then Enter an optional resolution notice and tap Reinstate again in the pop-up.

How to manage before and after photos of the remark
1. Navigate to Customer Data > Remarks and View the remark.

3. Click on the camera icon to select an image to attach or tap on the existing image to Rename, Download or Delete.
