Pending Quote Submission: Remark is on a DRAFT or FINALISED Defect Quote — not yet submitted to the client.

Pending Quote Approval: Defect Quote has been SUBMITTED — waiting for the client to approve.

Pending Repair: Defect Quote approved or active repair task exists — work in progress.

Closed / Pending Review: Customer submitted a Rectification — awaiting review.

Resolved: Remark fully resolved and no longer active.

Verified: The remark has been verified.

Resolved: The remark has been resolved.

Reinstated: The remark has been reinstated after being marked as resolved.

Remark Severities

Non-Conformance: Missing information or incorrect feature that does not affect operation.

Non-Critical defect: An impairment not likely to critically affect operation.
