Remark Statuses

When viewing the remarks in Customer Data > Remarks, the following statuses are visible:

Unpublished remark hasn't been included in a published report, so it isn't visible on the Customer Portal.

Open remark has been published but hasn't been resolved or quoted yet.

Open (quoted) remark is published and included on a finalised, submitted, approved or actioned defect quote.

Resolved (pending) remark is on a submitted rectification.

Resolved remark has been resolved (necessary rectification work is complete) and will no longer appear in the quote builder.

Remark Events

When viewing the remark registry on the Work tab of the task or the History on the remark's page, these events can help track the actions performed on the remark:

The remark has been created/added to the asset.

The remark has been verified.

The remark has been resolved.

The remark has been reinstated after being marked as resolved.

Remark Severities

The severity quantifies the seriousness of the identified remark:

Informational: Detailed advice or general comment.

Recommendation: A modification suggested to improve performance.

Non-Conformance: Missing information or incorrect feature that does not affect operation.

Non-Critical defect: An impairment not likely to critically affect operation.

Critical defect: A defect that renders a system inoperative.
