IOS: How to create a remark or verify/resolve an existing remark

1. Tap on the asset name to open its information, which will take you to the Defects tab. 
2. To add a new remark, scroll down to find the correct remark type and click Add. If a remark already exists, press and hold on the remark, then drag it to the left and select Verify or Resolve.  |

Prior to resolving a remark, ensure to open it and add a Resolution Photo. Photos should be saved in .jpg or .jpeg file formats for optimal compatibility with reports.
3. If creating a new remark, provide Before photos and complete or edit Location, Description, Severity and Internal Note fields. Depending on the selected remark type, the Description and Severity fields may be prefilled.

Before saving the remark, confirm that remarks and corresponding photos are linked to the appropriate asset to ensure accurate reporting.
4. Scroll down and click + Add Product, then select Suggest for Quote to recommend a product for the office to include in a defect quote, or Use and Charge if you can fix the defect immediately and need to invoice for the parts used.

5. Select a product from the list searching by name or filter by supplier, category, sub-category or type.

6. Review the added product/s and click Done to save the remark.

Additionally, if a remark needs immediate action, you can use the Replace Now feature. After selecting a remark, tap Replace Now, add a resolution photo, and click Save and Resolve. This also automates product addition for invoicing.
