Can see all tasks.
Can create callout tasks.

IOS: How to create a callout task
1. Navigate to the Tasks tab and click + in the top left corner.

2. Provide the Name, search and select the Property and Call-out attendance fee for accurate invoicing.

Available fields on the task
Required (Name, Category, Property, Client)
Required (Name, Category, Property, Client)
Name: Enter the name of the task.
Category: Defaults to Callout, but another task category can be selected.
Property: Choose an existing property from the list.
Client: When property is selected, the client is automatically pre-filled.
Recommended (Call-out attendance fee)
Recommended (Call-out attendance fee)
Call-out attendance fee: Select the correct labour rate for invoicing, for example After hours callout.
Optional (Description, Scope of Works, Authorisation Ref., Due Date)
Optional (Description, Scope of Works, Authorisation Ref., Due Date)
Description: Short description of the work to be performed.
Scope of Works: The complete description of the works to be performed which is visible on the reports.
Authorisation Ref.: Provide a purchase order or work order, eg. PO-12345.
Due Date: Select a date by which this task needs to be completed.

1. Create a callout task or find and open an existing one.
2. Find an asset on the property via View all Assets and create a remark.
3. Add and use products for invoicing.
4. Add Technician notes, Collect a client signature and Finalise the task and preview the service report.
