IOS: Overview of the task's tile

  • Property Name, Task Name, Scope of Works, and Task Ref provide key task details at a glance.

  • Due before indicates when the task needs to be performed by.

  • Fields selected in Task Display Preferences appear below the Due Before.

If the tolerance window is approaching, it appears as a slider; otherwise, as a date range.

  • The colour of the vertical bar represents the task status.

  • Tap the star in the top right corner to mark the task as starred, allowing quick access from the dashboard.

  • Access icons represent the Access schedule and procedure for the task.

To work without internet, make tasks offline at the start of the day while connected to reception or Wi-Fi. Tasks will function normally, but reports, previous quotes, and full asset lists won’t be accessible offline.

Click the three dots to open more options: Add Appointment, Star, or Make Offline (to access the task without internet).
