App: Overview of the task's tile

How to interpret the task's tile for key details, star and make the task offline on iOS and Android

Setup

You will need the following permissions in your security group: Can see all tasks.

IOS: Overview of the task's tile

  • Tap the star in the top right corner to mark the task as starred, allowing quick access from the dashboard.

  • Property Name, Task Name, Scope of Works, and Task Ref provide key task details at a glance.

  • The colour of the vertical bar represents the task status.

  • Due before indicates when the task needs to be performed by.

  • Fields selected in Task Display Preferences appear below the Due Before.

  • Access icons represent the Access schedule and procedure for the task.

    • Procedure = Call up.

    • Schedule = Pick up key or Procedure = Key pickup.

    • Schedule = All hours.

    • Schedule = Make appointment.

    • Schedule = Business hours.

    • Schedule = Restriced hours.

If the tolerance window is approaching, it appears as a slider; otherwise, as a date range.

Click the three dots to open more options:

  • Add Appointment: Learn more in the View and manage appointments, leave and other events article.

  • Star: To mark the task as starred, allowing quick access from the dashboard.

  • Make Offline: Enables access to tasks without internet. To prepare for offline work, mark tasks as offline while still connected to reception or Wi-Fi. Task details will remain accessible, but reports, previous quotes, and complete asset lists will not be available offline.
