Task finalisation - iOS

The steps you need to perform before finishing off a task and moving on to the next.

Once you've performed the task one of the you'll need to upload a logbook record, collect signatures and update timesheet before finally marking the task as performed. These are all done on the Finalisation tab of the task.


Complete a Classic Logbook

  1. Tap Complete logbook on the Finalisation tab > select the logbook > tap Add images > take a photo of the logbook entry > Save.

  2. Tap Logbooks > Finalisation to return to the Finalisation tab.

Collecting signatures

The client or property contact that signs off on the performed task can add type their name and supply a signature with their finger or a stylus.

Tap Collect signature > type the name of signatory > have the contact input their signature > tap Save.

Updating timesheets

You can review the session times for this particular task and make any adjustments if required.

Tap Update timesheet > tap on the session to update start and finish times > Save > tap Finalisation to go back to the Finalisation tab.

Mark as performed

This changes the status if the task to performed and signifies that all field work for the task is done. This is not to be confused with the completed status, which is used when aspects of task completion are done, including review and dispatch of invoices, reports, quotes and supporting documents.

Tap Mark as Performed in the Finalisation tab to change the task status to performed.

Close the task

Once all the finalisation steps are completed, tap Close to close the task and return to the task list and select the next task.
