We’re starting off the new year with a few simple changes to help you build project quotes and capacity plan months ahead of schedule.
Changes and improvements
The service quotingmodule is being brought inline with the defect quoting module over time: the sell price is now automatically filled when setting cost and margin, to help with project quotes.
To help with capacity planning, the default technician is now included in the Routine CSV export, and we've also added the properties' account manager. Access via Customer Data > Routine Servicing in the navigation.
We’ve made more improvements to the appointment scheduler: we've improved help text to make it clear what will happen to the tasks’ primary and secondary technicians when changing the technician on the appointment, and we’ve moved the appointment's save button to avoid needing to scroll if you’re using a smaller screen.
