April has brought some smaller improvements to several areas of the system.

Changes and improvements to come!

Coming up for May, credit notes for invoices!

We are working behind the scenes to bring you invoice credits in Uptick, followed up with an integration for Xero and Myob Business.

We've fast-tracked several changes to you this month already.

  • Profitability reporting. To help report on tasks open and closed each month, we’ve added created and archived filters to our reports.

    • We've made this dashboard more performant, allowing you to load 100 technicians without issue.

    • This dashboard will soon see a complete revamp - highlighting tasks, remarks and assets inspected, daily averages, productivity scores, late & missed appointments & profit brought in per technician/engineer. Stay posted to learn more!

  • Invoicing.

    • The ‘Invoiced’ filter on the task list allows you to find which tasks without an invoice created - it is now much more performant for filtering on hundreds of tasks.

    • The billing contract list now lets you sort the client column.

  • Defect quoting.

    • When a client changes on a property with unapproved defect quotes, the reminders are now redirected to send to the new contact.

    • When viewing a quoted repair task, the tax exclusive figure now displays:

  • Branches. To help with KPIs and accountability, the branch can now be exported from your global remarks list.

  • Remarks. When viewing a remark, you can now see if it’s linked to any approved repair tasks.

  • Legislative prompt questions. We’ve made it much faster to preview any reports with prompt questions.

  • Projects (formerly jobs).

    • We’ve renamed our entire "Jobs" module to the "Projects" module.

    • We’ve made all the columns sortable and added some more filters.

  • Timesheets approval. The coloured tile is now more transparent on what type of task sessions are requiring approval.

  • System configuration. To help with data management, you can now export routine types in your control panel into a CSV.

  • Tracking categories (Xero & Quickbooks only). We’ve added the ability to export tracking categories in the product catalogue.
