Data Breakdown
The column graph allows you to see your productivity across the board by displaying how many task sessions have been started on tasks per day.
The table lists all active technicians and their allocated service group.
# Tasks | Counts of tasks with a task session started this month. |
# Sessions | A general count of all task sessions started this month. |
Total Logged Time | The time logged for all task sessions started in that month. |
Raw Logged Time | Same as above, but it's the unmanipulated, logged time when the session was first created. |
Service task Count | Number of routine maintenance assets (servicetasks) that were performed this month. |
Invoiced Tasks | Number of tasks where that technician is assigned as the primary technician and where that task has been invoiced and the invoice 'date' is in this month.
Invoiced = Invoiced means invoice has moved out of draft status. |
Total Invoiced Value | As above, but represents the value of those invoices. Excludes tax. |
Total Supporting Value | As above, but for tasks where the technician is the supporting technician. Excludes tax. |
