As part of our Insights and Reporting, we have a programme maintenance dashboard that enables your service managers to understand the current state of your programme maintenance tasks in Uptick.

By default we present all service group data together, however you can filter down to an individual service group as required from the top right of the view.

See your Active Tasks Breakdown by Service Group

Dive into the active tasks for a selected calendar month to understand how your service groups are performing. Note that any task no longer active and archived are excluded from this view.

Tasks by stage

Easily see and switch by Task Stage to see a breakdown of each service group's total tasks for the calendar month. Highlight a service group in the chart to further breakdown Tasks by status. This will surface and show any custom statuses you have configured.
