What to do when a service quote is approved

Your service quote will automatically be in the APPROVED status when approved by the client via their digital approval link or you can manually move the quote yourself.


How to complete a service quote

To complete the service quote, work through the Completion Information Section.

1. Create the property (if required). Once done, you will see the name of the property which will be hyperlinked to allow you to view the property.

Click + Create under Property

2. Create routines (if applicable)

a) Click + Create under Routines

b) You will be prompted to populate an Annual Date and Start Date for your routines.

Once filled in, click Create

When complete, you will see a confirmation:

3. Create Fixed Contracts (if applicable)

Click + Create under Contracts (Fixed)

Please note, this will be greyed out if not applicable.

You will then be redirected to the billing contract page to finish populating the details. Please review this carefully before saving.

4. Create Do & Charge Contracts (if applicable)

Click + Create under Contracts (Do & Charge)

Please note, this will be greyed out if not applicable.

You will then be redirected to the billing contract page to finish populating the details. Please review this carefully before saving.

5. Create a Task (if applicable)

Click + Create under Task and fill in the details.

The task category will default to 'Repair' but you are able to change this before creating the task.

Click Create

6. Create a Project (if applicable)

Click + Create under Project and fill in the details

Fill in the details

Click Create

7. Once you have completed all of the applicable steps, you can update the status of your service quote to Complete to close it out
