How to assign/un-assign an Office Assignee on an individual Task
You can assign or un-assign the Office Assignee on an individual Task by following the steps below:
Go to the Task
Click on Update
Under the Office assignee field either;
Remove the current office assignee by clicking on X
Or select a new Office Assignee by clicking in the field & selecting from the dropdown options
Save Task
How to assign/un-assign an Office Assignee on multiple Tasks
You can assign or un-assign the Office Assignee on multiple Tasks by following the steps below:
Go to Tasks
Tick the Tasks you wish to update
Click on the Edit (X) Tasks button
In the popup box that appears, under the Assigned (Office) field;
Select the new Office Assignee
Or select the 'Clear Assigned' option to remove any current Office Assignee & leave it as unassigned
Click Apply Changes
