How to assign/un-assign an Office Assignee on an individual Task

You can assign or un-assign the Office Assignee on an individual Task by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Task

  2. Click on Update

  3. Under the Office assignee field either: remove the current office assignee by clicking on X OR select a new Office Assignee by clicking in the field & selecting from the dropdown options

  4. Save Task


How to assign/un-assign an Office Assignee on multiple Tasks

You can assign or un-assign the Office Assignee on multiple Tasks by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Tasks

  2. Tick the Tasks you wish to update

  3. Click on the Edit (X) Tasks button

  4. In the popup box that appears, under the Assigned (Office) field select the new Office Assignee OR select the 'Clear Assigned' option to remove any current Office Assignee & leave it as unassigned

  5. Click Apply Changes
