How to assign/un-assign an Office Assignee on an individual Task

You can assign or un-assign the Office Assignee on an individual Task by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Task

  2. Click on Update

  3. Under the Office assignee field either;

    1. Remove the current office assignee by clicking on X

    2. Or select a new Office Assignee by clicking in the field & selecting from the dropdown options

  4. Save Task


How to assign/un-assign an Office Assignee on multiple Tasks

You can assign or un-assign the Office Assignee on multiple Tasks by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Tasks

  2. Tick the Tasks you wish to update

  3. Click on the Edit (X) Tasks button

  4. In the popup box that appears, under the Assigned (Office) field;

    1. Select the new Office Assignee

    2. Or select the 'Clear Assigned' option to remove any current Office Assignee & leave it as unassigned

  5. Click Apply Changes
