Reminder emails for service quotes can be sent manually via the individual service quote or in bulk, via the service quote list’s bulk edit. The Sales Person will be the recipient of any replies that are sent back from your client.
Use this feature to prompt your customers on outstanding service quotes pending approval.

How to send a service quote reminder
1. Find your service quote and click View

To find your service quote, you can use the search bar in the top right hand corner of your Uptick workspace and type in your quote reference number or name of the quote
