November brought some improvements to Service Quotes, Dashboards, Sage 50 and Billing Contracts.
Service Quoting
The service quoting list has had an uplift, featuring many more columns, filters & information to download. The most notable being:
A new Last Sent column & filter that lists when the prospect was last emailed the quote via Uptick. The Submitted filter should only be used if you wish to know when the quote was last put into the Submitted status, these fields don't always align.
A new Approved & Submitted column which is sortable.
Decline reason, Branch, Supervisor + more can now be downloaded.
A new Prospect column on the CSV download helps distinguish service quotes that are for prospects vs. clients already in the system.
The columns in the CSV download are now in a more suitable order.
Sage Accounting Integration
We now have invoice credit support for our Sage accounting integration.
Billing Contracts
To streamline billing contract creation, system administrators can now set up a connection between products and routines, automating which products are selected.
Timesheets
For a quicker review process, timesheet information, including the multiplier can now be seen without clicking into each session.
Stock & Warehousing
You can now generate a picking list for a warehouse by viewing a warehouse & clicking Download > Download Picking List. This will give you a list of all your uncollected task & van reservations, helping support the physical allocation of stock to a shelf or bin.
We now track who and when a stock reservation has been collected for a task on the task's timeline. This plans to replace paper collection slips once field staff can collect reservations from the app in the next week or two. The timeline will also track cancellations and creations in the office.
We've added a Warehouse column to the purchase order CSV download for reporting ease.
Appointment Scheduler
We've increased the character limit of the non-task event notes field.
Property & client tags can now be filtered for on the appointment notification list, helping send targeted emails to different audiences.
Tasks
We've made a few small tweaks on the Work tab of a task by adding some icons, hyperlinks and more info about products. The Work tab's search bar will now see asset location, product name & code, and all the columns will now be sortable.
The Value column on the task list & CSV download will now update daily instead of instantly. As a result, any changes to task revenue will be reflected in the Value column the next day. Real-time revenue & profit can still be found on your profitability reports in Insights & Reporting.
Branches
We've added a Branch column to the purchase order CSV download for reporting ease.
Properties
We've added Make & Model to the asset create page on a property.
We've added a document counter to the property document's tab.
Profitability reporting
You can now filter & download supporting technicians in all your profitability reports.
Importer
You can now import the default replacement product on asset type and variants.
