Next cab off the rank is our new Service Quoting Dashboard!

This dashboard aims to surface key KPIs across your sales pipeline, clients and team, helping you track trends and develop client acquisition and retention strategies.

  1. Analyse your sales funnel: Gain a comprehensive view of your sales pipeline by tracking the number and value of quotes issued, outstanding and won. Understand key metrics such as total gross profit, average approval times and win rates.

  2. Gain deeper insights about your targeted clients: Understand where your sales are coming from by analysing your top, most profitable customers, and the various sectors you're catering to. Develop strategies to retain and acquire clients based on this data.

  3. Understand team performance: Use performance insights to track KPIs and identify areas where your team can improve or celebrate. View sales performance data for individual salespersons, monitor targets across the team, and leverage live data for sales check-ins and progress reports. Access metrics such as total quotes, total won, and win rate to track, celebrate, or enhance team performance.

You can now also classify your customers into their various industry sectors using a new Primary Sector field on the client and client group pages. We’ve auto-populated this field (accuracy may vary).

Use this field to analyse your customer portfolio with the Service Quoting Dashboard and soon-to-be Clients Profitability Dashboard.

Simply go to Insights and Reporting > Service Quoting to check it out.

Other smaller wins that have been improved this month:

    • We've built a simple workflow for office staff to transfer unused stock from tasks, back into a chosen warehouse.

    • We are currently in the process of building a new stock reservation workflow on a task. The aim of this improvement is to:

      • Cater for customers who want to reserve stock for a task without needing to assign a technician/engineer.

      • Removing the need to open multiple tabs by telling you what stock is available in your warehouses from a task

      • Allowing you to filter for tasks that require parts, without needing to rely on staff changing the task status:

  • Billing contracts. You can now add and edit custom fields on billing contracts—filter, export and report on this data from your billing contract list.

  • SLAs for tasks. You can now filter for onsite due times on the appointment scheduler.
