Workforce Performance Dashboard
Navigate to Insights&Reporting > Technician performance from the Uptick Web Platform.
The dashboard displays data for the current month by default, with options to view previous months using the date selector or filter by Branch and Service Group:
Productivity chart
The column graph at the top shows team-wide productivity by displaying how many task sessions have been started per day across all technicians.
Use this chart to:
Identify busy periods and capacity constraints
Spot trends in daily activity levels
Compare productivity across different weeks
Workforce table
The table lists all active technicians with their allocated service group and key performance metrics for the selected month:
Logged Hours - Shows two values: Raw time (in red) is the unmanipulated logged time when task sessions were first created, and Total logged time includes any adjustments or edits made after creation. Example: "(141h 22m) 181h 55m" means raw time was 141h 22m, total logged time is 181h 55m.
Tasks performed - Number of tasks completed during the selected month.
Activities - The number of performed asset maintenance activities.
Related invoices - Count of invoices where the technician is listed (as primary or supporting).
Total Invoiced Value - Value of invoiced tasks (excludes tax).
Total Supporting Value - Value of tasks where the technician is the supporting technician (excludes tax).

Technician Activity Dashboard
This dashboard provides a detailed summary of each technician's activity. It includes high-level metrics for overall outputs such as total tasks performed, total invoiced value, assets serviced, and remarks raised, as well as an intricate breakdown of task session activity to assist in:
Performance Reviews: Use the detailed technician data during performance reviews to highlight areas of strength and areas for improvement.
Resource Planning: Use the data for informed decision-making about resource allocation and scheduling.
Strategic Decision-Making: Utilise historical data to identify trends, which can inform strategic decisions for workforce management.
Note: This new dashboard replaces the old technician activity report
Navigate to Insights & Reports > Technician Performance.
Hover your mouse over the row of the technician you want to view.
The View tech activity button will appear on the far right of the row.
Click the View tech activity button to open that technician's individual dashboard.
Understanding the Dashboard
Detailed Technician Overview: An in-depth look at individual technician's activities and performance.
Note: Total Invoice Value and Total Gross Profit is sourced from Invoices sent in the specified time period where the selected technician was the Primary Technician.
Essential Metrics at a Glance: Major metrics such as total tasks performed, invoice values, assets serviced, and remarks raised are readily available.
In-depth Task Session Breakdown: A detailed analysis of task sessions, offering clear insights into how technicians utilise their time.

Historical Data Analysis: The ability to review both current and previous months' data aids in trend analysis and strategic planning.
FAQs
1. Where are the Daily Activity, Maintenance, and Billables reports?
The Daily Activity report, Maintenance Report, and the Billables report have moved into the new Tech Activity Dashboard.
The Maintenance report can be accessed by clicking into Assets Inspected
The Billables reports can be accessed by clicking into Total Invoiced Value
The Daily Activity report has now upgraded into the new Daily Activity Breakdown chart as seen below. You can still access the Day View by clicking into the columns of each day.
2. Does the dashboard show Tasks and Revenue from a Tech's Supporting Activity?
No, all data on the dashboard is a tech's primary activity data. Currently, the dashboard only shows Supporting activity invoices for the selected month. This can be accessed by clicking into the Average Invoiced Value card.
3. What is the difference between Total Task Value and Total Invoice Value?

3. How can I validate the data that I'm seeing on this dashboard?
You can clickthrough on Total Tasks into the All Tasks table to view all tasks performed for the selected month
Total Task Value for a specific month can also be found in the Task Profitability table by filtering to the same month using the Performed Before and Performed After filters.
Note: There is currently a time zone discrepancy between the Tech Activity Dashboard, Tasks Page and the Tasks Profitability page when trying to filter results to the same time period. Please experiment filtering to +/- 1 day around the start and end of the month to find parity between all pages. You might have to set Performed Before/After to the 30th of the previous month or to the 1st of the next month to view the same # of tasks and revenue/profit values (See example below)
