What is Task Completion?

The Task Completion Dashboard helps service managers track and understand the current state of these routine maintenance tasks in Uptick.

Accessing the Dashboard

Navigate to Insights and Reporting > Task Completion Dashboard in the Uptick web platform.

By default, the dashboard displays data for all service groups, branches and clients combined. You can filter to a specific Client, Branch, Service group and time period using the dropdown options along the top.

Note: Archived tasks are excluded from all views - only active tasks are displayed.
