Setup
Sign-in options:
Email and password.
Single Sign-On (SSO), if enabled by your company.
Biometrics (fingerprint or face unlock), if your device supports it.- Password recovery options like selecting "Forgot Password" or contacting a System Admin for support are also available.
Password Reset and Recovery Options
Password Reset for System Admins:
If you need to reset your username and password for an Uptick account, a team member with System Admin permission must perform the reset. Contact your designated System Admin for assistance.
User-initiated password reset via Workforce App:
To reset your password when unable to sign in:
Open the login page on the app.
Click on "Forgot Password".
Follow the prompts to receive a reset link or OTP via email or SMS.
Use the provided link or code to set a new password.
Log in again using the new details.
Admin-Assisted Password Reset for Client Users:
If a client user has forgotten their password or didn’t complete the setup process:
An admin can access their profile in the Uptick system.
Resend the welcome email.
The email will include instructions to set or reset the password and log in.

Signing out refreshes access and applies changes like updated permissions or password resets.
Sign-out is not available while the session timer is running: stop the timer on the current task first.

ANDROID: How to sign in on the app
Open the link in the Welcome email to set your password. If you can’t find the email, contact your office to have it resent. Alternatively, if the welcome email setup fails, users can trigger a password reset from the app login page by selecting "Forgot Password" or seek help from a System Admin for necessary actions.
