How to create and manage service groups to trade areas or skillsets

You will need the following permission in your security group: Can change site configuration settings.

Service groups help define trade areas or skillsets, like Sprinkler, Electrical, or Plumbing. They’re used to split routines into the right tasks, assign the right technicians, and streamline scheduling, filtering, and technician allocation across Uptick.

How to create or edit a service group

1. Navigate to Control Panel > Service Groups, then click + Create Service Group or Edit on the existing service group.

2. Complete the Name field and click Save Service Group or Delete.
