In Insights and Reporting, most dashboards update their data every 60 minutes, except Financial Performance Dashboard which is synced overnight.

The Realtime technician dashboard tracks task sessions throughout the day and is accessible via Insights and Reports > Realtime technician dashboard. This dashboard is limited to tracking the current sessions for each technician and doesn't include other forms of tracking such as GPS or other forms of geolocation.
