How to add a product (a charge) to a task on iOS and Android

Setup

You will need the following permission in your security group: can see my tasks or can see all tasks. Click here to learn about permissions and security groups.

Available fields when adding a product:

Required (Product)

  • Product: Use the Supplier, Category, and Type filters or Search to refine the list of existing products in the Product Catalogue.

Optional (Asset, Quantity, Notes)

  • Asset: Select an existing asset on the property to link the product to; otherwise, it will be categorized under General Repairs

  • Quantity.

  • Notes: Visible to others and can be included on invoices or purchase orders.


How to add a product to a task on iOS

1. Open the task, navigate to the Products tab, and click Add.

2. Select Product and click Save.


How to add a product to a task on Android

1. Open the task, navigate to the Repairs tab, and click the three dots in the top-right corner.

2. Click Add Product.

3. Select Product and click Save.
