The Uptick mobile release for November brings improvements to the purchase order process and further feature parity between IOS and Android.

Users will automatically receive this update over a seven-day period, with a plan to start on Thursday 16th of November.

Any app version older than 23.8.0 will stop working as of the 21st of December

Please tell your staff to update their app to the latest version. To see which staff need to update their app, see the Device Audit Dashboard in your Control Panel.

Changes and improvements to come!

Purchase orders

  • Purchase orders can now be raised, sent and docketed within the mobile app.

    • Field staff can now show and share the PDF for a created PO and docket/receipt any goods collected, streamlining the receipting and accounts payable process.

    • A supplier can now be chosen after the PO is drafted, allowing your technicians to pick their materials first and then find a suitable supplier.

    • Goods can be partially or fully collected, with photo evidence being required for each pick up.

    • It is now easier to raise a PO for repair items on a task, while ensuring costs are captured on tasks for more accurate profitability reporting.
      ​

Feature parity:

  • Android: The "Replace Now" workflow is supported in the legislative prompts feature.

Other quality-of-life improvements have been made to the app this month

  • We've added a property's Tenant Organisation field as this may help to identify a building.

  • Performance improvements throughout the apps.
