Service Quotes
Currently Uptick does not have the ability to send automatic reminders for service quotes.
Defect Quotes
Automatic reminders requires the following:
The Autoreminder frequency configured in the Control Panel
Auto-reminders must be enabled under the defect quoting requirements of the client
When auto-reminders are enabled, it will send reminders to the nominated email addresses on the clients Defect quoting settings, according to the auto-reminder frequency set in the control panel up until the quote expiry date.
Control panel settings
Go to Control Panel > Defect quoting
Entered the desired reminder frequency in the Autoreminder frequency (weeks) field.
Click Save.
Client settings
While viewing the client list click Edit next to the client or click Update when viewing the client.
Click the Defect quoting tab and tick the Auto-Reminders Enabled box to enable automatic reminders.
Click Save Client.

Toggling auto-reminders in bulk
Go to People > Clients.
Search and filter the clients for which you want to change the defect quote auto-reminder toggle.
Tick the box at the top of the list to select them all > Edit (x) Clients > select Yes/No to enable/disable > Apply Changes.
