Filters allow you to show/hide the information of your choosing, sort by certain categories, and toggle visibility. They are helpful tools to help sort and view the information you're looking for so that you don't have to scroll through large lists. The filter icon can be found next to the search bar and filtering options are available for:

  • The Task tab

  • The Work tab of the task

  • The Products tab of the task

  • Assets (Work tab > View all assets on site)

How to use filters

  1. Tap the filtering icon next to the search bar to access your filters.

  2. Toggling Assigned to Me off will list all tasks system-wide, not just those assigned to you.

  3. Some filters have sorting tools that allow you to set primary and secondary sorting criteria i.e. sort by date, then by priority.

  4. Tap on a filter to see filtering options - only the tasks associated with a ticked selection will appear in the task list.

  5. If available, deselect all can be used to make it easier to select the filters you want.

  6. Tap Back to leave the current filter and go back to the main filter menu.

  7. To set your filters back to the app defaults, swipe to the bottom of the main filter menu and tap Reset filter & sort.

  8. To see the task list with your filters applied, tap Apply.
