What you'll learn: How to upload floorplans, place assets on them, and use them to service properties more efficiently in both the Uptick App and Web Platform.
Overview
Floorplans let you digitally map assets on site layouts, making it faster to locate equipment across buildings and multiple floors. Your customers can also view these visual asset maps through their Customer Portal.
Key Benefits
Save time in the field β Quickly locate assets like fire extinguishers and emergency lights
Easy setup β Upload Google Maps images, photos of evacuation plans, or existing PDFs
Better customer experience β Provide visual asset representations on the Customer Portal
Multi-level support β Add separate floorplans for each floor or building
