Use Floorplans to:
Digitally place assets on a site floorplan to reduce the time needed to locate assets in large buildings and across multiple floors
Create a ground floor map from Google Maps, or a photo of the evacuation plan, or upload a pre-existing image or PDF.

Troubleshooting Floor Plan Upload Issues
1. Check File Format
Ensure the file format of your floor plan is compatible with Uptick. The platform supports the following formats:
PDF
Image files (e.g., PNG, JPG)
2. Verify Internet Connection
Ensure a stable internet connection. Large uploads, in particular, require consistent bandwidth to be processed successfully.
3. Troubleshoot Browser Issues
If the upload fails, try the following browser remedies:
Perform a hard refresh in your browser.
Clear browser cache and cookies.
Open an incognito or private browser window.
Switch to a different browser for testing, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
4. Address File Size Problems
Large file sizes can also lead to upload failures. If your file is excessively large (e.g., around 50 MB), compress it before attempting to upload again. Use PDF compression tools, many of which are available online for free.
