In order for the Uptick app to be the least intrusive experience possible, the app will only send push notifications when changes occur for something on that day, under the following circumstances:
A task with a due date that's the same as the current day is assigned to or unassigned from field staff.
An appointment due today is added, edited or deleted for the field staff.
