Alert	What it looks for
Unplanned Repair Work	Repair work has been added to a Routine Inspection task OR Repair work has been added to a task where that repair wasn't on the defect quote the task came from. Technical breakdown: Task has routines on the Work tab AND There's at least one Asset Repair, Charge or Out of contract routine inspection on the Work tab. Note: It will still flag if repair or charge isn't performed yet. OR Task has come from a Defect Quote or Service Quote AND There's at least one Asset Repair or Charge on the Work tab that wasn't there when the task was created. Note: it does not look at quantity differences from quote to Work tab, it looks for NEW repairs and charges only.
Incomplete Work	For tasks where the onsite or performed date is set, flag if there is unperformed work on the Work Tab OR remarks have not been resolved in Asset Repair table.
No Tests	There's at least one routine inspection which has been marked with a No Test result i.e it's performed, but field staff have explicitly clicked No Test. Technical breakdown: There is at least one item on the Work tab which has been marked as No Test.
⬇️ Profit from Quote	The profit on the Defect or Service Quote is greater than the Projected Profit on the task.
Quoted Remark Resolved	An unexpected remark has been resolved on this task that is on an active defect quote. Office needs to review quotes and/or repair tasks it's currently sitting on. Technical breakdown: There is resolved remark in the Remark Registry on the Work tab that wasn't expected to be repaired ( not in the Asset Repair table) and is currently on a defect quote which is in a draft, finalised, submitted, approved, expired, declined, actioned.

Parts Required	There are material parts on this task that aren't allocated on a purchase order or reserved in a warehouse (warehouse feature only) Technical breakdown: There is at least one material product on the Work tab which hasn't been pulled into a purchase order or isn't covered by a warehouse reservation.
