On Hand refers to the total quantity of a product held in the warehouse, including both available and reserved stock. Learn about other categories: Available, Reserved, On Order; in How to navigate the warehouse page.

View the warehouse where stock has been reserved, open the Download dropdown, and click Download Picking List.
The downloaded CSV file contains such information as the product name, the quantity, the destination warehouse or task ref for pickup, as well as additional product and task information.

Use New Adjustment when performing a stocktake to update/confirm the On Hand total in the warehouse (both reserved and available). Learn more in Complete a stocktake and make stock adjustments.

Transferring stock when a field user collects items ensures that the facility and van stock are accurate. Alternatively, the field users can view and collect reserved products on their devices.

When the stock is reserved from the facility for vans or tasks, the field user can collect them on the app.

Transfers between vans cannot be done via the app. The field users must have a Desk licence and the required permissions to perform transfers on the web.
However, the field users can collect reserved stock for the van or tasks on the app.

To fulfill this, the service task needs to be split into two line items. Create a purchase order for one-half of the quantity of the line item, and then reserve the remaining stock via the reserve stock button. Learn more in Partial Stock is Available.

Using Order Required Stock will preload all applicable products into the purchase order. Products can then be removed or added, and quantities or unit prices adjusted.

To order stock from multiple suppliers, a separate warehouse purchase order must be raised for each supplier.
When using Order Required Stock, remove items not relevant to the selected supplier, then repeat the process for the next supplier.
If creating a warehouse purchase order from the Purchase Orders page, selecting a supplier will filter the product selection to show only items linked to that supplier.

When the products are received from the warehouse purchase order, stock level and value are adjusted in the facility warehouse. Stock can then be transferred to van warehouses to reflect accurate distribution and valuation.

A task-based purchase order is already linked to the task. Once the order is received, the field user can collect the parts from the Purchase Orders tab in the task and mark them as collected in the app.

Uptick does not automatically notify you when products go below minimum restock levels. Please navigate to the warehouse to see the stock levels and Order the required stock.
