Easily understand your Stock from your mobile device in the Uptick Workforce app.

Regardless whether you have warehousing enabled or not, you can now easily access Stock from the main navigation in the Workforce app.

Accessing Stock on Mobile

To access the Stock view navigate from any primary view by selecting the Stock option on the main menu. It will sit between the Tasks and Timesheets main menu options.

The Stock view has two to three tabs that differs depending on whether you have the warehousing extension enabled or not.

Purchase Orders exist on Tasks assigned to you

Stock for my Tasks

When you're on the Stock for my Tasks tab under the Stock view, the following will be shown:

  • An area to filter by Today, This Week, Next Week scheduled task and Stared tasks

  • The stock list for your Tasks

  • Each stocked product's details including:

    • Product Name

    • Internal Ref

    • Supplier Ref

    • Supplier Name

    • Available quantity

Stock In Van

When you're on the In Van tab under the Stock view, the following will be shown:

  • An area to Search Products by keywork, to help you quickly filter your list of stock against any of the stocked product's details within your Van's stock list

  • The stock list for your Van

  • Each stocked product's details including:

    • Product Name

    • Internal Ref

    • Supplier Ref

    • Supplier Name

    • Available quantity

Purchase Orders

When you're on the Purchase Orders (PO) tab under the Stock view, the following will be shown:

  • An area to Search Purchase Orders by keywork, to help you quickly filter your list of POs against any of the PO's details within your PO list

  • An area to filter Purchase Orders in a few ways

    • Status

    • Supplier Name

    • Goods Received

  • The Purchase Order list itself that shows any PO linked to any Task assigned to you

    • PO Status

    • Supplier Name

    • Date Raised

    • Total Value

    • Linked Task

    • PO Number

On this view you can select any PO listed to go to that specific's PO View where you can edit the PO if you have permission, or submit to supplier and collect the goods.
