Setup
You will need the Warehouses module turned on in your workspace. If you do not see this in your main menu, reach out to [email protected].
You will also need the following permissions in your security group: Can create and manage warehouses, submit stock adjustments and transfers.
To enable the stock adjustments approval workflow, ensure only relevant users have the permission Can approve stock adjustments.

How to submit a stock adjustment
Via Warehouse
1. Navigate to Billing > Warehouses and click View on a warehouse.

2. Click Stock Adjustments.

3. Provide the Comment for the audit trail, search for the relevant product, enter the New Count and click Finialise adjustment.

The products can be searched by Name, Supplier Ref, Internal Ref, Supplier or Category.
Click All adjustments for an audit trail of previous stock adjustments.

Via CSV Data Importer
1. Navigate to Billing > Warehouses, and click View on a warehouse.

Quantity: The current stock level of the product.
Product Identifier: Only one of the following columns needs to be filled to match the product in the system: product_name, product_code, product_id, or a combination of supplier_name and product_sku.
Warehouse Identifier: Only one of the following columns needs to be filled to match the warehouse: warehouse_name or warehouse_id.
How to approve a stock adjustment
1. Go to Billing > Warehouses and Click on the Stock Adjustment.

2. Click Review on the stock adjustment.
