How to add an asset
1. Navigate to the Assets tab on the property and click Quick Add.

2. Select the Asset Type and Variant, and fill in additional details.

Type: select asset type from the dropdown

Variant: select variant of that asset type
Base Date: provide asset base date, required for asset based servicing.
Optional (Label, Location, Contractor, Make, Model, Internal Reference, Serial, Barcode)

Label: leave blank to use automatic labelling.
Location: set up using Places to enhance app usage.
Contractor: defaults to your company but add in a Contractor if this asset will be subcontracted for servicing.
