Accreditations in Form Builder allow you to automatically pre-populate forms with the accreditations number of the technician filling out the form. Use this to reduce manual admin work and improve task workflow speeds.

How to add an accreditations
Simply go to the template you want to pre-fill Accreditations for, select the field you want to auto-populate with the accreditation and click on the Prefill from section in the right Settings toolbar panel.
From the drop down list, select the Accreditation you want to prefill in the form.
Key data rules
How are Accreditations prioritised?
When a tech has multiple accreditations under them, the form will first pull the accreditations with no expiry, before it will use the one with the date furthest in future.Uptick views accreditations without an expiry date as indefinitely 'Active. Hence the form will prioritise this Accreditation number before any other one.
In the absence of any Accreditations without expiry dates, the form will always select the Accreditation with the date that is furthest in the future.
Whats unique about Property specific Accreditations?
An accreditation type that is property specific will only return accreditations unique to tasks belonging to the Accreditation's assigned property. I.E. If the accreditation type is property specific, the accreditation must have the property specified to be filled on the form. Therefore its important to set up these Accreditation types properly.
