How are accreditations prioritised when using Prefill from?
When multiple accreditations of the same type are linked to a technician, the form will prioritise accreditations without an expiry date first, treating them as indefinitely active. If no accreditation without an expiry exists, the form will select the accreditation with the expiry date furthest in the future.

There are a couple of reasons why an accreditation may not prefill:
The user submitting the form does not have an active accreditation of the required type set up against them.
The accreditation type is property-specific, but the accreditation on the user does not have a property selected.

There are a couple of reasons why conditional logic might not work when a field user is submitting the form:
The Conditions might not be correctly set up, specifically if the field is visible by default, set the condition to Hide; if hidden by default, set the condition to Show.
The Field Syncing Enabled might be turned off on the mobile view for settings, so any conditions configured for the desktop are not automatically applied to the app.
