Uptick provides a report template for the QLD occupier statement that (once enabled) allows you to raise . Each time this template has amendments, we provide a new template version for you to transfer across to when required.

Before you can get started

Make sure the following extensions are enabled on your server (contact support for assistance):

  • Signoffs (required if you issue auditing work to subcontractors)

Generating a task

  1. Add the applicable ESMs to the properties required.

  2. Add an appropriate routine to generate a task when the Occupiers Statement is required. This may be a certification routine or you may choose to name it Occupier Statement. You can also add an ESM audit routine if you need to attend before the servicing starts.

  3. Ensure the ESM is applicable to the occupier statement routine by going to:
โ€‹Control panel > Asset types > (Filter) Type: ESM > Edit > Applicable Routines

  4. Generate the task when required through the routine task generation process.

  5. Perform all associated items you'd like to display on the Occupiers Statement from the task Work tab.

  6. From the Process section of the task (on the Task tab), click Create Report and select the Occupier Statement to preview it, then click Save report to create it.

  7. Dispatch Occupier Statement to the client.

If a specific ESM should not be listed on the Occupiers Statement, tick the box Not on Occupancy Permit field when updating the ESM.
