As part of our Insights and Reporting, we have a section of useful dashboards for your Sales and Quoting. Our Defect and Service quoting dashboards enable your sales team and decision makers to understand the current state of your pipeline of sales.

Understand your Quote Pipeline

Both of our Defect and Servicing Quoting dashboards outline your sales pipeline through split of quotes by stages within a calendar month.

This is represented with a pie chart percentage split of quote value by stage and broken down with a table. The data shown is drawn from the following key data points of quotes created in the time range selected:

Data Point

Meaning

Status

Quote status stages:

  • Draft

  • Finalised

  • Submitted

  • Approved

  • Actioned

  • Deleted

  • Voided

  • Declined

  • Expired

Count

Number of quotes in a status.

Value

Total monetary amount of quotes in a status within your local currency.

Percentage

The fractional split of the count of quotes in a status by value, as a percentage from the total value of all quotes.

Using Time Range Date Filters

By default we present your quoting data based on calendar month and begin with the current calendar month.

We provide you an easy way to switch to previous calendar months quickly, while also optionally providing a custom date range picker for defect quotes. These choices are at the top of the dashboard and control the data that is represented throughout the below sections.

Quote Line Items by Category
