The prompt set was created after the task has already been generated

When a prompt set is created, only newly generated tasks will have those prompts, provided all other conditions for the prompt set are met. Tasks that are already generated do not automatically update to include newly created prompts.

The prompt has no reference

Ensure that all prompts have their reference number populated. Any prompt without a reference number will not be available on the task. You can update the prompt by going to Control Panel > Prompt sets > View > Double click and fill out the Ref field

The prompt set standard doesn't match the standard set on the property

Standard on prompt set

Can be updated by going to Control Panel > Prompt Sets > View > Update

Standard on property

Can be viewed by clicking the Building tab on a property. Click Update on a property and tick the appropriate building standards to ensure the applicable prompt sets will appear (only on new tasks after changes have been made)

The service level is excluding the prompt

When viewing a prompt set, the routines set against it will be displayed beside the prompts, with tickboxes for each service level. For each prompt, the appearance of the prompt on the task is determined by whether or not the service level is ticked.

The asset type hasn't been set for that prompt set

Prompt sets do not appear for any asset types unless specifically configured to do so. You can set which asset type the prompt set appears for by going to Control Panel > Prompt Sets > View > Update > Select applicable asset types in the Asset types field.
