The search bar is found at the top of the task list. You can search for things such as property name or address, property ref, task ref, and routines.

The Work and Products tab in the task also have search bars, as does the asset list on the property viewed under:

Work > View all assets on site

When typing in the search bar, the results will update in real time as you type. If you can't find what you're looking for, you may not have the right filters enabled, which is covered in another video.
