When you view the routines on a property, you may notice that the labels can have different colours.

These colours represent the tolerance status of the task. You may also notice that there can be levels of the same colour that are darker or more intense, which represents the rank of the service level - the higher the rank, the more intense/darker the colour will be.

For a full breakdown of what the colours mean, see the chart below:

Note: The performed date refers to the date the task was put into the Performed status.

Green

Completed within tolerance - task has a performed date set that is within tolerance.

Orange

Completed, outside of tolerance - task has a performed date set that is not within tolerance.

Blue

Incomplete, within tolerance - task has been generated, not performed and task is still within tolerance.

Red

Incomplete, outside of tolerance - task has been generated, not performed and task is not within tolerance.

Grey

Task not generated

Note: You can hover the mouse over the icon in the routine calendar to see the tolerance status.
