To set the default template for your defect and service quotes, take the following steps:

Click Control Panel &gt; Defect Quoting.

Select your desired default template by selecting from the drop-down menu from the Defect Quote default template field.

1. Click Control Panel &gt; Defect Quoting.
2. Select your desired default template by selecting from the drop-down menu from the Defect Quote default template field.
3. Click Save.

Click Control Panel &gt; Service Quoting.

Select your desired default template by selecting from the drop-down menu from the Service Quote default template field.

1. Click Control Panel &gt; Service Quoting.
2. Select your desired default template by selecting from the drop-down menu from the Service Quote default template field.
3. Click Save.
