Webinar One: Mastering Task Generation and Scheduling

  • PPMs/Routines:

    • Monthly bulk generation via Customer Data > Routine Servicing or Tasks > Generate Tasks

    • Filter settings and recurring appointment configuration

  • Callouts:

    • Ad-hoc task creation process

    • Prioritization and scheduling workflow

  • Scheduler:

    • Drag-and-drop scheduling and calendar management

  • Zones:

    • Filter by geographical zones for route optimization

  • Bulk Assignment:

Webinar Two: Job Review and Completion Workflow
