Streamline the process of major servicing and reduce the need to schedule revisits by allowing your field team to identify and perform major services on applicable assets. Enable this feature to:
Show which assets have an upcoming/overdue major service ( ± 3 months from the current day)
Allow your field team to perform those services whilst onsite for another task

Initial setup
Getting the feature enabled
Contact our support team to have this feature enabled.
Configuring routine levels
Configure which asset based levels this will apply to.
Go to Control Panel > Routines > Select the asset based service level type from the Levels column.
Click Update.
Tick Suggest to technician when onsite.
Click Update.
Configuring your products for major servicing
Set up your default product for each major service (and products per variant) in the non-contracted servicing dashboard. For more information see the dashboard instructions on the article for non-contracted servicing.
Make sure your assets have their base dates
How it works
Field staff will see a flag for assets with a major service due ± 3 months before or after today.
The prompt notifies app users that the service is due soon or overdue and allows technicians to add and perform the service.
To ensure this works:
Assets must have base dates.
Assets should be linked to asset-based routine service levels.
The task's service group must match the asset's service level.
Task indicators on the dashboard (appointments only)
On the dashboard in the app, you will see a notification on your scheduled tasks indicating that a major service is due and the number of assets that require it.
Track suggested materials on task details
For any tasks with assets that have upcoming/overdue major services, the Task tab of the task will display a message with additional suggested material you may need. Tap on Additional suggested material to see the materials you may need.
Adding and performing major services in the app
For each asset being prompted for upcoming/overdue major services:
Go to the Work tab of the inspection task and perform inspections as usual.
Assets that are due/overdue within 3 months of their due major service will have a notification on the appropriate asset (i.e. 5Y DUE SOON/OVERDUE)
Tap on the asset, and you'll see a notification at the top regarding the due/overdue major service.
Tap Add Service and you'll get a pop-up to confirm. Tap Add Service to continue.
The required product will be automatically selected according to the product configuration settings on the non-contracted servicing dashboard, and Is performed is automatically toggled. At this stage you can update bSecure or barcodes, base dates, installation dates and the service result (you must provide a pass/fail to continue to the next step).
Tap Add to continue. If you didn't update the base date you'll be prompted to do so.
Tap Save to complete the major service.
Repeat this process for all other applicable assets.
