The SLA Report is a powerful tool designed to help users track their Callout Tasks and monitor their Service Level Agreement (SLA) times. This report offers a detailed view of each task, focusing on whether SLAs were met, making it easier to ensure that your operations are running efficiently.

Key Features

  • SLA Tracking: The report displays SLA types in the first column, providing an instant overview of the SLA associated with each task.

  • Task Details: Additional columns provide comprehensive details about each task, including the client, task type, and relevant times (e.g. callout time, on-site time). You can also view performed time for the task by adding the column via the Columns selector on the right of the table.

  • SLA Compliance: The critical "Time to Site" column shows whether the SLA was met, helping you quickly identify any tasks that may or may not have met their SLA requirement.

The Time to site column factors in weekends in its calculations. But it does not factor for business hours and public holidays. These will be included in future upgrades to the report.

Customising Your View:

  • Column Selection: The report allows you to customise which columns are displayed, letting you focus on the most relevant information for your needs.

  • Favourites: Save your filtered views by clicking the "Favourites" button, enabling quick access to your preferred report configurations.

The SLA Report provides a flexible and detailed way to monitor your operations, easily track and improve your service delivery, and report on any SLA compliance requirements.
