How to view and manage user account preferences and your profile in the app.

Account Preferences

This is where your contact details are stored and managed . From here you can:

  • Set up and change your mobile number, signature and depot location.

  • Set up your signature, which will automatically be collected on the tasks you've performed. This means you only ever need to collect the client's signature when finalising a task.

  • Access your profile.

Profile

You profile is accessed from Account Preferences by tapping your user icon in the upper right corner and selecting Profile. From your profile you can view:

  • A summary of your current mobile number, signature and depot location

  • Appointment calendar

  • View and check the status of your accreditations

Change password

You can change your password from Account Preferences by tapping your user icon in the upper right corner and selecting Change Password.


Set mobile number and depot location in Account Preferences

  1. From the main app screen, tap About, then tap Account Preferences.


  2. In the Mobile field mobile number, then tap Change signature. Click Save to commit changes.



  3. Under Depot location, tap Change, search for the address or business name then tap Save depot location.



  4. Tap Save to update your user preferences.


Your profile

Your profile includes information about your account preferences and accreditations. You can also change your email address from your profile.

  1. From Account Preferences, tap your user icon in the upper right corner and select Your profile.



  2. Swipe to the bottom to view your accreditations and expiry dates.


Change your password

Keep in mind when changing your password it must be at least 8 characters and include at least 1 capital letter, number and symbol.

  1. From Account Preferences, tap your user icon in the upper right corner and select Change password

  2. Type your current password in the Old password field, then type your new password in the New password and New password confirmation fields, then tap Change password to commit the changes.
